Experience

Norm Swaffield, President of Craftwood Construction, LLC, has been building in the Puget Sound area for over 29 years.

Norm started as a framing laborer out of high school in 1976, became a Licensed Framing Contractor in 1984, and was a construction foreman for two large apartment complexes from 1979-1998.

With a strong background in all phases of residential construction, Norm truly is a "full service general contractor."

To insure your home, addition or construction project is framed to these high standards, Norm and his crew do all the framing themselves.

• Going the extra mile—Knowing that wood is imperfect, we will take the extra time to power plane the floor joist and wall studs to insure they are true and straight. This is where Craftwood Construction, LLC is a cut above the others. Norm is a hands-on contractor who is completely involved from the start to the finish of every project.
